Tampa 9/12 Project Pledge

This is the Pledge all sitting School Board members and challengers were asked to sign by the Tampa 9/12 Project. I signed it immediately because it’s a simple matter of giving parents the option of determining who addresses their children. The Times tried to distort the reason for the Pledge and the entire issue in their editorial. Ben Franklin said, “Never pick a fight with a man who buys his ink by the barrel,” but we can only allow ourselves to be bullied by the liberal mainstream media (msm) for so long. It’s time to stand up and be counted. We have the power with email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and all the other free media to blow up the msm’s monopoly on what people see and hear.

Will you help me?

9/12 Project Pledge

I recognize that the Council On American-Islamic Relations and other organizations that have been linked to terrorism by the FBI and in Federal Court are, at minimum, highly controversial.

As a current Hillsborough County School Board Member, or if elected to the Board, I will do everything in my power to honor parents’ rights to make the decision whether their children attend classes where representatives of these controversial organizations are invited to speak.
